Our holiday homes are ideal for a relaxing home-from-home staycation. We have three ranges of different caravan accommodation and two ranges of Lodges at Silver Sands Holiday Park to suit your individual requirements.
All our holiday home accommodation is suitable for couples who are looking for a quiet getaway or families, who want to explore the Cornish coastline. Dog-friendly accommodation is available in a select number of our Kynance range holiday homes, enabling the whole family to enjoy this spectacular and beautiful location.
We pride ourselves in our cleaning standards. Our dedicated in-house cleaning team have been a part of Silver Sands for many years. Feel free to check out trip advisor to see what our past guests have said. New for 2024, we have upgraded all the bed linen to a premium hotel standard, ensuring you have the most comfortable stay with us possible. Wifi is also now free of charge, with each holiday home having its own dedicated router, providing you with a home from home experience.

Lodges
Mullion Lodge (4 Bedrooms)
This lodge is an incredibly spacious, luxurious 4 bedroom holiday home with vaulted ceilings over the dining and lounge areas in which you may socialise and relax. With a freestanding suite and feature fire surround with flame effect fire, our Mullion Lodge provides a truly home from home holiday experience.

This lodge is an incredibly spacious, luxurious 4 bedroom holiday home with vaulted ceilings over the dining and lounge areas in which you may socialise and relax. With a freestanding suite and feature fire surround with flame effect fire, our Mullion Lodge provides a truly home from home holiday experience. A 46” flat TV with Freeview is in the lounge while there are two other smaller TV’s with Freeview in two of the double bedrooms. Wifi is free to use throughout the holiday home.
The well-appointed kitchen provides a range of integrated appliances: washing machine, dish washer, full size fridge and freezer. The sumptuous master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite built as a wet room with a rainstorm shower and toilet. There is a further king size bedroom and one double bedroom plus the 4th bedroom with an additional single sleeper bunk above the double bed suitable for a child. The spacious family bathroom provides a full size bathtub, a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
An outdoor patio set comprising a table and 8 chairs on a full size deck is available for your use. In the front an ample area of block paving allows you to park up to 4 cars.

Praa Sands Lodge (3 Bedroom)
Praa Sands lodge is sited in the centre of our main field surrounded by hedges and trees enjoying a glimpse of Kennack Bay. To the front is an ample patio area with patio table and chairs allowing you to enjoy the evening sun.
Self-Catering Praa Sands Lodge – Sleeps up to 7 people.

Decking to the rear with seating for you to soak up the morning sun.
The lodge is a luxurious holiday home with a large living room in which you may socialize and relax. A 46” flat TV with FreeSat is in the living room. With a freestanding suite and feature fire surround with flame effect fire, our Lodge Carn Kennack provides a truly home from home holiday experience.
The kitchen provides a range of integrated appliances: full size oven with 4 ring stove, microwave oven, dish washer, full size fridge/freezer. The sumptuous master bedroom has a king size bed with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite with a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a further double bedroom and a small double bedroom with an additional single sleeper bunk above the double bed suitable for a child. For those of you requiring additional sleeping accommodation there is a large foldout sofa-bed in the living room. Connected to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine . The family shower room provides a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

Caravans
Porthleven Range
Our Porthleven range holiday homes are our most luxurious range on Silver Sands. They are well laid out, open plan and stylish. The interiors are light, modern the holiday home includes a well-equipped kitchen to make your holiday with us a comfortable stay. The lounge has a large smart function television and DVD player. The holiday home is fully central heated in all rooms. Each holiday home has a private parking space allocated for your own use. With a spacious outside deck with comfy furniture. The porthleven range are 12 foot wide, making them larger than our other caravan accommodation. Our Porthleven range is ideal for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing holiday whatever the weather.

Our Kennack range holiday homes are our most popular choice on Silver Sands. They are well laid out, open plan and perfect for spending time with your friends or family. The interiors are light, modern the holiday home includes a well equipped kitchen needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. The holiday home is fully central heated in all rooms. Each holiday home has a private parking space allocated for your use only. The Kennack range are 10 foot wide holiday homes.

Kynance Range
Our Kynance holiday home is our entry-level model but still boasts a comfortable home from home experience. The interiors are light and the holiday home includes a well equipped kitchen needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. The holiday home is heated with a gas fire in the lounge and some models have blow air heating in the bedrooms or additional plug-in heaters as required. Each holiday home has a private parking space allocated for your use only. The Kynance range are 10 foot wide holiday homes.
